Primesep Basic
Primesep Basic SiELC
PrimesepTM HPLC columns are designed for mixed-mode separations and capable of separating a tremendous range of compounds by different separation modes based only on the mobile phase selection. With an embedded ion-pairing group, the columns require no ion-pairing reagents in the mobile phase to retain and separate ionizable polar compounds.
Primesep AB is a reverse-phase column with embedded acidic and basic ion-pairing groups which improves retention of strongly acidic compounds and strongly basic compounds by ion-exchange mechanism.
Primesep B2 and SB are reversed-phase analytical columns with embedded basic ion-pairing group which improve retention of acidic compounds by an anion-exchange mechanism and separates bases by an ion-exclusion mechanism. These phases retain neutral compounds by the reversed-phase mechanism.
Primesep D is a reverse-phase analytical column with embedded basic ion-pairing groups specifically design for direct plasma analysis. It does not retain high-molecular weight plasma components but preferentially retains hydrophobic and acidic components.
